Spring Yoga

This class is designed to exercise our body from head to toe, as it follows the teachings of Swami Sivananda's International School of Yoga. Each yoga stretch and pose is guided by breath awareness. You could choose to breathe deeply during the advanced yoga stretches and poses, until you are able to practice along.

All poses will eventually be taught in detail through live workshops and recorded lessons. Meanwhile, enjoy your practice through this seasonal class.

This video was made in India in October 2020. We opted to record with safe distance in the outdoors, and gave up on the optimal sound and light that we would have had in an enclosed studio.
