This yoga class is designed to regulate your digestive fire. Forward folds act on leg muscles and the digestive system. They aid in weight management and regulate elimination when practiced consistently.
You will start with some warm up exercises, before you practice sitting and standing forward folds. You will learn the classic asana, as well as some variations. You will have time to relax and practice shavasana toward the end of the class.
It would be best to place your mat in a well-lit room, where you can be seen full-length (with your arms raised). Try not to have light (uncovered glass or open windows) behind you.
