This yoga class is designed to uplift you during spring time. Back bends help build empathy and vitality. They aid in increasing strength and flexibility, and have a profound impact on your mental/ emotional state through the mirror neurons along your spine.
You will start with some warm-up exercises, before you practice 3 backward bends (bridge, wheel, and camel pose). You will learn the classic pose, as well as some variations. You will have time to relax and practice shavasana toward the end of the class.
It would be best to place your mat in a well-lit room, with your mat, parallel to the camera. Try not to have light (uncovered glass or open windows) behind you.
