Enhance energy: align your circadian rhythms with the sun
-6:00 to 10:00 AM: kapha time of nurturing your waxing energy.
-10:00 to 2:00 PM: pitta time of mental and physical digestion.
-2:00 to 6:00 PM: vata time of routine and administration.
-6:00 to 10:00 PM: kapha time of self-care for your waning energy.
-10:00 PM to 2:00 AM: pitta time of physiological digestion.
-2:00 to 6:00 AM: vata time of creativity and spirituality.

Reduce stress: connect with the phases of the moon
-Waxing Ekadashi (Nov 30 to Dec 1):
Meditate upon Lord Vishnu for moksha or liberation.
-Full Moon (December 4):
Express gratitude for how far you have come.
-Waning Ekadashi (December 15):
Seek the blessings of Lord Vishnu for success.
-New Moon (December 19):
Set and write an intention for what you would like to become.

Discover peace: nourish, move, and rest in sync with the earth
-Nourish all your senses with seasonal tastes, sounds, sights, touch, and smells.
-Move slower through this season of mobility and overwhelm.
-Rest deeply through meditation practices that honor the longer periods of darkness at this time of year.
