Use these tips to get a spring in your step as we move into the season of renewal and change.

Nourish: eat light and focus on balancing the inherent heaviness of spring. Include lots of dark leafy greens, citrus, and berries in your daily diet so that you benefit from the seasonal bitter, pungent, and astringent tastes.

Move: practice a series of stimulating sun salutations, followed by chest opening yoga postures such as fish pose (mastya asana) and camel pose (ustra asana)

Meditate: after 3-5 rounds of forceful exhalation (kapalabhati), sit in stillness and notice the clarity and focus in your mind.
