Deep rest is an important pillar of health. Here are some Vedic bedtime rituals that can help you sleep better:
- Wash and oil your feet with awareness and intention. Massage with sesame oil on cool nights and coconut oil on warm nights.
- Express gratitude as you close your eyes and reflect upon and appreciate the moments of joy in your life.
- Practice alternate nostril breathing.
- Practice yoga nidra or guided visualization during deep relaxation before surrendering for manifestation.
