Deep rest is an important pillar of health. Here are some Vedic bedtime rituals that can help you sleep better:

  1. Wash and oil your feet with awareness and intention. Massage with sesame oil on cool nights and coconut oil on warm nights.
  2. Express gratitude as you close your eyes and reflect upon and appreciate the moments of joy in your life.
  3. Practice alternate nostril breathing.
  4. Practice yoga nidra or guided visualization during deep relaxation before surrendering for manifestation.
